Ronald L. Spiegel
Ronald L. Spiegel graduated from Loyola Law School in 1986, where he received his litigation training as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Spiegel earned the highest AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating. He is a longtime member of the Real Estate Sections of the State Bar of California, and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations. Mr. Spiegel practices in the areas of real property sale and leasing transactions, common interest community disputes, as well as complex real property, commercial, business and construction disputes.
Mr. Spiegel currently devotes a substantial portion of his practice to property management and leasing issues, advising commercial and residential property owners, property management companies, asset managers and brokers. Mr. Spiegel has led workshops for real property owners, property managers and their clients in connection with property management issues, such as unlawful detainer eviction actions, lease and sales negotiations and the efficient use of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
He regularly advises his clients as to developments in real property law and other governmental regulations. In his personal life, Mr. Spiegel was a founding member and former leader of the Sinai Temple Family Minyan, an educator at Camp Ramah in California, is an avid woodworker and a long-suffering, loyal Minnesota Vikings fan.
